Very proud to have played solo cello on BBC’s Mood, which just won the Baftas (British Emmys) for Best Original Score and Best Mini-Series! The beautiful score was composed by Bryan Senti, with whom I’ve worked on many projects since playing on his score for Experimenter, with Wynona Rider and Peter Sarsgaard. Congrats to Bryan and the whole team of Mood! Here’s to many many more…..
“A one-man wrecking crew when it comes to dominating the microphone…If “Born For America” is just a sampling of what Noah Hoffeld is planning on shelling out in the next few years…we’re about to hear some of the best indie pop/rock to come from a piano-clad vocalist in a long time now.”
Thank you Indie Band Guru for the very kind words. Read the review here.
The track owes so much to Mark Plati who coproduced, played bass and guitar and mixed it! And to Doug Yowell for the insane drums.
Thanks for following! I appreciate all your support and look forward to sharing more music with you all.
Stay safe and happy,
Noah
“Might be the best new singer/songwriter release I’ve heard this past month...a five-star track."
Thank you Michael Stover of Music Existence, the incredible underground music magazine, for the beautiful and thoughtful review. If you want to read some very poetic and skillful music writing, click here. And have a beautiful day!
